CONCRETE FOREMAN

We are looking for a working foreman who can lead a crew to complete multiple types of flatwork projects. Those jobs could include forming, pouring, and finishing curbs, gutters, v-ditches, retaining walls, inlets, manholes, switchgear pads, and small foundations (i.e. trash enclosures).

 

If you're a local concrete foreman who's tired of travelling around the state for work, this role is for you. We primarily work in the Alameda, Contra Costa, and Solano Counties.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to dig, bend over, climb ladders, and lift over 100lbs regularly

• Strong work ethic

• Strong grasp of the English language

• Driver’s license & clean driving record.

• 5+ Years of Concrete Forming & Pouring Experience

• Able to read stakes & plans

• Able to self-manage and lead a crew

• Fluent in Spanish

• Able to operate small equipment

 

DAILY TASKS COULD INCLUDE:

• Excavating & grading to get site prepped for concrete

• Forming all types of flatwork and walls

• Tying rebar

• Pouring & finishing concrete

• Stripping forms

• Setting storm drain pipes & trench drains

• Forming & pouring custom manhole bases and inlets
