CLASS A TRUCK DRIVER
Diablo General Engineering owns multiple dump trucks and a low bed. We are looking for a qualified individual to operate the dump trucks (and potentially low bed). The typical day for one of our drivers may include preforming maintenance on our trucks, loading and unloading our small equipment, or running dump loads from a job site. Drivers often work by themselves and must be able to properly load & unload equipment by themselves.
REQUIREMENTS:

Three to five years of CDL driving experience

California Class A License (with a manual transmission)

Clean MVR

Experience loading & unloading mini excavators, skidsteers, skiploaders.

Inspecting trucks & trailers.

Knowing how to grease and maintain fluid levels in truck.

Strong grasp of the English language

Loading & unloading small tools, shoring, and plywood sometimes by hand.

Ability to preform labor and operating tasks in field when trucks are not needed.

Be able to lift 100lbs, bend over, twist, climb up and down from trailers on a daily basis.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-
Experience driving low bed.

Experience loading & unloading the following equipment: Crawler Dozer, Large Excavator, Large Loaders, Open Bowl Scraper (Cat 627), Compactors, Various Water Trucks.

Loading trench plates with an excavator or loader.

Preforming smaller maintenance tasks on trucks & trailers
