CLASS A TRUCK DRIVER

Diablo General Engineering owns multiple dump trucks and a low bed. We are looking for a qualified individual to operate these trucks. The typical day for one of our drivers may include preforming maintenance on our trucks, loading and unloading anything from skid-steers to scrapers, or running dump loads from a job site. Drivers often work by themselves and must be able to properly load & unload equipment by themselves.

REQUIREMENTS:

Three to five years of CDL driving experience
California Class A License
Clean MVR
Experience loading & unloading the following equipment: Crawler Dozer, Large Excavator, Mini Excavator, Skip Loader, Compact Track Loaders, Large Loaders, Open Bowl Scraper (Cat 627), Compactors, Various Water Trucks
Inspecting and preforming smaller maintenance tasks on trucks & trailers
Knowing how to grease and maintain fluid levels in truck.
Strong grasp of the English language
Ability to preform labor and operating tasks in field when trucks are not needed
