We know how hard it can be for owners to manage multiple sitework contractors on a single project dealing with scope gap and finger-pointing. Diablo General Engineering provides full sitework scopes and management on some projects, helping owners and general contractors keep on schedule and within budget. See below for all scopes that we provide in house or regularly hold under our contract.

Earthwork

We handle a variety of grading projects including slide repairs, mass excavation, and prep for building pads. We own all of our machines which include multiple large excavators, dozers, 627 scrapers, and 815 compactors. Our crews also use GPS which allows for the project to move quicker with less expense for the owner.

Our crew are experienced with installing sewer, storm drain, domestic water, and fire water systems from main lines to service laterals.

We like to pride ourselves as a dry utility contractor who can provide a complete scope to owners by patching back our own trenches and employing the proper subcontractors to complete the wiring and lighting.

Hardscape

On the average site development project Diablo General Engineering will hold the site concrete and asphalt under our contract to allow for smooth coordination from placing rock to the finish lift of asphalt.

Demolition

Our team can provide basic demolition services for homes or smaller commercial structures. On many projects we are tasked with the sitework & foundation demo including all trees, flatwork, landscape improvements, and utility abandonment.
